Afghan Bag from a Cuff

Afghan Bag from a Cuff from the Thea Sands collection. I suspect that it is Hazara. it was formerly the cuff of a garment that was cut off and made into a bag. Once a garment is worn or torn pieces from tat garment are then used for other uses.
