JBOC - Notes The pattern is one I associate with the Afshar of Sirjand. See Oriental Carpet Design plate 559 and for the main border plate 561. However that same border is also seen in Luri work from the Kerman area. As I look at the inner and outer guard borders of reciprocal triangles it makes me think of Bordjalu rugs.
