Condition: there is a small split developing in
the bottom end (see "damage" detail),
otherwise all original and in good condition
Structure: slit and interlocking tapestry
Materials: wool on cotton warps
Full Description: an aviary complete with 'pool'
center medallion. Vegetal. Interesting that the
birds include the roadrunner. Profuse use of
eccentric wefting. An imaginative and
entertaining kelim.
