This rug is 9.5 x 12.6 feet and is stored baled. The wrinkles that you see in the image are from being baled. The wrinkles should smooyth out the first day. I will remind the fellows taking the picture that a simple sweeping with a broom will smooth out the wrinkles and then I won't have to write these little notes. We are confident enough in this to offer 30 days returns and we will pay the shipping both ways. JBOC
