This is a really nice Tea Washed Afghan Kazak
copy. Jodi and I were so pleased with these that we decided to get
more. The quality is very good and the rugs are very attractive.
This is a copy of a Memling gul pattern
interpreted and woven by an Afghan weaver. It was sold to me as vegetal
dyed and there is no reason to think other wise. I like to be cautious
be cause people who make absolute dye attributions without chemical dye
analyses sound like phonies to me, so let me say it looks vegetal. I
really feel that with these rugs when they tell me it is vegetal dye it
really means it is a better rug made to a higher standard than usual
and not an exact description of all the dyes used.

are attractive and utilitarian and will stand up to years of heavy use.
I like it as a runner, and my wife Jodi loves the way these looks, so
it is a sure winner.
