DESCRIPTION
circa 1925 inscription cartouche to one end, original end
finishes one end,
JBOC Note: Haddad is a
famous name in Tabriz Rugs. Sheikh Hassan Haddad was the
great master weaver in Tabriz in the late 19th century.
Since the work of which I know is circa 1890 then it is
possibly this could be by the same master but since there
is a gap of 40 years then I suspect a son of the
legendary master might be more likely.
