JBOC: I fimd the Shahsavan attribution less than compelling. While I have not seen the bag I keep thinking Qazvin Kurd. Compare this one to Sumak Bags of Northeast Persia and Transcaucasia plate 136. The diamond lattice of cruciform medallions with the white field guard borders look like Qazvin kurd and the bottom skirt does as well.
