JBOC's Notes:
This rug is from a collection I spotted on www.rugs.co.za.
I was quite pleased when they gave permission to
use them to illustrate my notes.
This is a splendid example of an older
Serafian. This one has particularly well drawn
Islimi. Islimi is the swirling pattern in the
field with a leaf at the end.
