Idjevan (?) Rug

Idjevan (?) Rug

This rug passed through my hands a number of years ago. Ever since then I have suspected that this rug is from Idjevan. I have a structural description some where and when I find it I will post it. In the mean time I am open to ideas on wheather or not this rug is an Idjevan.
