Nooter, assistant administrator for the Bureau for the Near East of the Agency for International Development (AID), will speak at a schoolwide seminar at the LBJ School on Wednesday, October 27 at 4 p.m. Mr. Nooter's topic will be "Development Trends—An Overview." He has been with AID and the State Department since 1962.
