O'Connell, Bush, and Spector

A while back Arlen Spector the senior Senator from Pennsylvania invited me to a day in Washington DC. In the course of things we stopped into see then Vice President George Bush at the Vice President's residence up on Massachusetts Avenue above the Textile Museum. Arlen wanted to razzle dazzle us by how important he was so he brought the VP in to the deal. I was enjoying a Diet Coke with a friend when Arlen tapped me on the shoulder and said "Barry there is someone I want you to meet". I turned around and there was Bush. At that point this picture was taken.
