Without knowing structure or seeing the back anything I can say is just a guess. But I do not mind guessing as long as I tell you it is a guess. My first thought was Kashan. Classical Persian medallion carpet with palmettes and two framing white guard borders. However I reject Kashan for a few reasons. The red is too blue which says East Persia/Khorasan. There are devices that intrude from the guard borders into the main border This is not usual in Persian carpets but it is seen in east Persia especially Kashmar. So my guess is East Persian possibly Kashmar.
